Gov. Hickenlooper Expected to Sign Medical Marijuana Bill

DENVER - Gov. Hickenlooper is set to sign into law a marijuana proposal aimed at training people who work in medical marijuana businesses.

The Senate voted 23-12 Tuesday to create a "responsible medical marijuana vendor'' designation.

The optional designation would allow pot shops to train employees how to spot fake marijuana cards.

In exchange, the businesses could get a break if they ever overstep the state regulations. A similar designation already exists for the alcohol industry.

Recreational pot shops would not be covered by the measure.

The reason teens can get marijuana quicker and easier than cigarets and alcohol is because marijuana isn't regulated and is distributed to anyone who has the cash. Do you think drug dealers care what age their customers are?
