Get Ready to Work Off that Thanksgiving Meal

by KREX News Room
by Daniel Phillips

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- Gold's Gym in Grand Junction was filled with people trying to get in one last work out before digging into to their turkey and stuffing.

If you didn't hit the gym this morning not to worry you have plenty of time to work off that meal before the holiday parties kick in, and some trainers even say you don't have to rush back to those weights.

If you are still trying to recover from that meal trainers say it is best to move around and start working some of the food off.

The best thing to do is to keep it light, like going for a short walk.
