Free Clinic Teaches How to Identify Scams
GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. - Two organizations are teaming up to educate the community on ways to avoid falling victim to fraud. The Pro Bono Project of Mesa County, along with Colorado Legal Senior Citizen Legal Assistance Program are hosting a free clinic for residents. Experts will be discussing ways to identify financial scams that are specifically targeting seniors. It's Thursday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Grand Junction City Hall located at 250 South 5th Street.
