CASTLE ROCK, Colo.- First lady Michelle Obama concluded her two-day stop in Colorado at a Castle Rock rally Thursday.

Mrs. Obama reiterated many of her points she told a Durango crowd Wednesday, saying the economy has improved since her husband took office and that he is still fighting for more educational opportunities.

She also said her husband understands women.

"When it comes to understanding the lives of women, when it comes to standing up for our rights and opportunities, let me tell you, we know that my husband will always have our backs. Always," she said.

Next week Vice President Joe Biden will come to Colorado to rally support in Boulder and Greeley.
