Civil Unions, Concealed Fire Arms Among First Legislature Bills

DENVERThe Colorado legislature is wasting no time tackling several controversial items such as civil unions and gun control.

A civil unions bill introduced Wednesday is expected to pass in the Senate.

Meanwhile Democrats are expected to introduce gun control measures, while Republicans are already introducing legislation to expand gun rights.

Republicans have introduced a bill for concealed firearms for school employees.
