Fire in Eagle County Eradicated

EAGLE COUNTY, Colo.- A fire that broke out Friday evening and spread from a shed to surrounding wildland is now contained.

Officials say the fire burned 3 acres near 409 Brooks Lane in Eagle.

The Greater Eagle Fire Protection District, as well as the U.S. Forest Service will be monitoring the area overnight.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
