BOULDER COUNTY, Colo. - Boulder County authorities say a small fire reported in Fourmile Canyon near Boulder is not expected to pose any problems.

The Daily Camera reports that the fire, which is believed to have been caused by lightning, was first reported at about 7 p.m. on Saturday.

The Boulder County Sheriff's Office says crews hiked to the area and reported flames only about 3 inches high.

In September 2010, a fire in the canyon destroyed 169 homes.
