come on John said on Saturday, Nov 10 at 4:45 PM
its good to see that John is acting like Rob Corry said a regional DEA agent. Its good to know that all of these elected officials that do not act on the will of the people in Colorado will cost themselves re-election.

Sorry RPF, Chickenscooper belongs to that religion that worships Barry as some sort of a God. He would gladly sign over 100% of Colorado to the feds if he thought it would make Barry happy.

MJ is a CSA Schedule 1 drug that has no recognized medical use under Federal law, so the Feds have been looking the other way since CA passed its Medical MJ Bill in 1996. And its so easy to get a Doctor's recommendation in CA that it is in effect legal for recreational use there. Massachusetts became the 18th state (plus the District of Columbia) to legalize medical use on Tuesday. MJ prohibition doesn't work any more than alcohol prohibition did in the 1920's and 30's. Lets hope AG Holder and the President have the courage to admit to this reality, and not continue a mindless holding action that will ultimately fail. And that Gov. Hickenlooper will support the will of the citizens of Colorado and stand up to the Feds if needed.

Voters will hold the Hick accountable at election time if he blows this off and panders to the Feds. The Feds will cave, they don't have the resources to enforce the laws as they are now! Call there bluff Hick and stand up for States rights!

Governor Hickenlooper, It's time you stand up for Colorado voters and you need to exert our 10th Amendment protections as afforded under the Constitution of the United States. Federal Law does not rule as supreme and you have an obligation to ensure this law is enacted as approved by the voters.
