GARFIELD COUNTY, Colo.- A utility truck rolled over on Interstate 70 in Garfield County Wednesday, killing the driver.

According to the Colorado State Patrol, the driver of a truck, owned by Elam Construction, lost control of the vehicle around 4:30 a.m.

The truck was heading westbound when it went off the side of the road near mile marker 72 and rolled into the center median.

Officials say the 51-year-old driver was killed in the crash. The left lane of westbound I-70 was closed for about six hours during the investigation.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
Officials say speed and drugs do not appear to be factors.

I as Tanya Dave's neice said think that the greyhound bus driver needs to be found and suffer the consequences of what he caused. God says in the Bible that we need to pay for the wrong we do in our lives. I am sure he will suffer with his thoughts because of a wonderful brother, uncles life being taken!! To all of the Tuck family, I love you and I am praying for you at this time!!

Michael-- I would greatly encourage you to contact the authorities on this. I'm not out to take vengeance on anyone, but the driver needs to be held accountable for his/her actions. We don't want anyone else hurt or killed due to their reckless driving. :( Signed, Dave's niece

David enjoyed life. Hunting with his friends. He enjoyed his new job greatly. The employee's were so great to work for and he was there when they needed him. We loved to hear what he did during the week and the places he had never been. David is with his angels and talking about his hunting stories.

I was on the greyhound bus that caused this accident. Our bus driver was recklessly speeding during the entire ride. He cut the trucker off moving into the left lane, which caused the driver to go airborne and crash into the ditch. My condolences to the friends and family.
