GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- Teens hit the runway to benefit Ariel Clinical Services Saturday afternoon.

A fashion show was held to bring awareness to the nonprofit that helps place children in homes, and offers various services to children, families and adults.

"When I was young I had foster brothers and sisters and I just think one of the main things that we can do as individuals to make a difference in the community is to care for children," said Kristian Hartter, owner of +1 Gallery.

All the knitted scarves, hats, and mittens were donated and auctioned off. 90 percent of the proceeds made at the fashion show will go toward the nonprofit.
