Truck Crashes Into Home in the Early Morning

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- It was a rude awakening for local residents after a truck plowed into a Grand Junction home.

Grand Junction police officers say around 2:40 a.m. Saturday, 911 received a call reporting a Ford F-150 had crashed into a home at 1420 N. 17th St.

When officers arrived, the driver had fled the area on foot and was not located.

No injuries were reported inside the residence, even though the home was occupied at the time of the incident.

This accident is currently under investigation.
