Enough Evidence to Put James Holmes On Trial

Centennial, Colo. (AP)- An arraignment is set for Friday for the Colorado man accused of opening fire last summer in a suburban Denver movie theater, killing 12 and injuring 70 others.

But lawyers for James Holmes have filed papers saying their client is not ready to enter a plea.

A judge ruled late Thursday that there is enough evidence to put Homes on trial.
