Energy Industry Members Raise $90K for Red Cross

DENVER - Multiple Colorado energy companies have committed to donations totaling more than $90,000 to support the American Red Cross.

March is Red Cross Month and the Colorado Oil and Gas Association extended a challenge to its membership to raise funds for the non-profit.

The following companies contributed donations:

DCP Midstream
Xcel Energy
QEP Resources
Suncor Energy
AMG National Trust Bank
BP America Production Company
Bryan Cave HRO
CH2M HILL
Colorado Oil & Gas Association
HRM Resources
Noble Energy
Pioneer Natural Resources
QEP Resources
Wells Fargo
WPX Energy

This is the second time energy industry members have come together to support the Red Cross. In response to the 2012 wildfires, they collectively raised more than $250,000.
