Edwin Ernesto Rivera Gracias Appears In Court for First Time
GOLDEN, Colo. A man from El Salvador who was on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted list has made his first appearance in a Colorado courtroom on charges of killing a 69-year-old man in 2011. Edwin Ernesto Rivera Gracias appeared in Jefferson County District Court on Thursday on charges including murder. Rivera Gracias is accused in the stabbing death of Richard Limon, whose body was found on Lookout Mountain west of Golden. Rivera Gracias returned to Colorado from El Salvador on Wednesday accompanied by FBI agents. His arrest was arrested less than two weeks after the FBI placed him on its Ten Most Wanted Fugitives List. The FBI says his return was voluntary.
