LOVELAND, Colo. - Love was in the air and on the slopes as the annual mass wedding ceremony took place at Loveland Ski Area on Valentine's Day.

The resort was full of skiers wearing formalwear over their snow gear. Even some tutus, wigs and costume could be spotted at the Valentine's Day mountaintop wedding ceremony.

The annual event drew even more couples than last year to exchange and renew vows as snow fell yesterday.

The Colorado ski area says 88 couples showed up to ride a lift to 12,050 feet for the mass ceremony before skiing or snowboarding down the slope.
