CASTLE ROCK, Colo. (AP) - A Douglas County High School teacher has been arrested on suspicion of sexual exploitation of a child and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Sheriff's officials said Timothy Martini of Castle Rock was arrested Tuesday. His bond was set at $50,000.

School officials say Martini has been placed on administrative leave.

Details in the case have been sealed. It wasn't immediately known if he had a lawyer who could comment on his behalf.

Martini's arrest came within days of a Douglas County sheriff's deputy's arrest following an investigation into inappropriate text messages involving a juvenile.

Robert M. French has since been fired from the sheriff's department.

Like Martini, he faces possible charges of sexual exploitation of a child.

Details in his case also haven't been disclosed.
