Dept. of Education Wants Input on Environmental Education

The State Department Of Education wants public feedback on a plan to get kids excited about the great outdoors. On Wednesday February 23rd at the Parks and Wildlife Office in Grand Junction, a meeting will be held, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, to get the public's opinion on the environmental education plan.

The plan seeks to improve children's knowledge of the environment and provide opportunities for outdoor educational experiences.

Getting a politically correct education on the outdoors is not getting an education, it is being brain washed.

what next . waste the money on that . whats wrong with the basic reading , writng and math . and teaching proper english ? if some one wants to learn about the out doors let them pay for it them selfs?
