Denver Light Rail Trains Shut Down by Accident

DENVER (AP) - Light rail trains are shut down in Denver after a man was hit by an RTD light rail train.

RTD said Wednesday there is no movement north or south bound on the track. RTD said all routes through downtown Denver are affected.

According to KMGH-TV buses are picking up passengers stranded by the accident.

If there is a tragic accident in front of your car, you can drive around it or take another road. If there is a tragic accident with government supplied transit, the whole system shuts down. Which is better?
