Delta Police Locate Missing Woman

DELTA, Colo.- Delta police located a missing woman Thursday night.

Lisa Gallegos Moreland, 44, of Delta, was first reported missing Wednesday.

Officials were concerned about her whereabouts because she may have been experiencing complications from schizophrenia and she left home without her medications, cell phone and identification.

According to the Delta Police Department, as of Thursday night, Moreland was located in good health and reunited with her family.
