Cruise Ship Docks At Alabama Port

Mobile, AL The crippled Carnival cruise ship that has been drifting in the Gulf of Mexico is finally back in the US.

The cruiseliner "triumph" lost power after a fire in an engine room last Sunday.

Since then, passengers have endured squalid conditions including having to use the restroom in plastic bags.

Carnival is bussing passengers from Mobile, Alabama to destinations including Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas.
