CROFTON, Md.- Police in Maryland have arrested a suspect who investigators say referred to himself as "a joker" and was plotting to stage a shooting in his workplace.

Officials say earlier this week, Neil Prescott phoned in a threat to software and mailroom supplier Pitney Bowes.

Investigators say a search of Prescott's home turned up more than 20 guns, including assault rifles and handguns and more than 400 rounds of ammunition.

Although the suspect referred to himself as 'a joker,' there is no other known connection to the movie theater shooting in Aurora, Colo.
