CROWLEY COUNTY, Colo.- On Monday a female corrections officer was killed in a prison kitchen in Crowley County, and now authorities have released the name of the sex offender who's being described as a person of interest.

Authorities say they believe 33-year-old Alonso Contreras-Perez has ties to the incident.

Sgt. Mary K. Ricard, who was 55, died during the assault, which reportedly occurred with some type of sharp object.

Another employee of the Arkansas Valley Correctional Facility, Sgt. Lori Gann, was critically wounded in the attack.

No further details are being released at this time, but it's been reported that Gov. Hickenlooper recently visited the facility, which is located about 45 miles east of Pueblo.

An illegal alien caused this. Obama wants him to become a citizen of your country.
