Contracting Company Hosting Job Fair in Delta

DELTA, Colo.- Hamon Contractors, Inc. is hoping to bring jobs to the Western Slope.

The company will begin constructing a four lane truck by-pass through the city of Delta by the end of December.

The project is expected to be completed in 15 months.

Hamon is hosting a job fair Friday (12/7), from 7 a.m. until 11 a.m at the Bill Heddles Recreation Center in Delta. The center is located at 530 Gunnison River Drive.

Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for the following positions:
Bridge Carpenters: must have experience
Heavy Highway Equipment Operators: must be proficient with line and grade control
Crane Operator: must have experience
Pipe Laborers: must have experience
Fueler: must have current CDL with Hazmat
General Laborer
Truck Drivers: must have current CDL
Flaggers: TCS Certified preferred

Candidates should be prepared with a complete resume with two forms of identification.

Interviews will be on site.
