Congressional Leaders Head to White House

WASHINGTON (AP) - President Barack Obama is calling the top bipartisan congressional leadership to the White House today, just hours before the president has to put into effect $85 billion in military and domestic cuts.

But there are no expectations of a budget breakthrough before midnight tonight.
