Colorado Residents Expected to Spend Big This Holiday Season

DENVER - The average Colorado family is expected to shell out close to $750 on gifts this holiday season.

ComScore, a leading Internet technology company, is expecting sales to pick up by the start of next week.

Over half of all Colorado shoppers will buy at least one of their gifts online this year.

Overall, Americans are expected to spend $43 billion shopping online. And maybe there's something to it, with exclusive online deals expected to save shoppers over $600.
