MESA COUNTY, Colo.- What better way to enjoy the weather than heading out for a hike along the Colorado National Monument? The best part is it's free.

In honor of National Public Lands Day, the Colorado National Monument will waive all entrance fees for both private and commercial vehicles on Saturday.

There will also be ranger-led programs throughout the day; the first one will start at 9 a.m. and they will continue into the dark.

For more information and a list of scheduled events you can visit the parks website at nps.gov/com.
