Colorado Legislature Votes on Adultery Bill

by KREX News Room
by Jordan Sherman

DENVER- Colorado lawmakers vote Thursday to remove adultery as a crime from the Colorado books.

The proposal would also repeal the related crime of contributing to sexual immorality by providing a place for unmarried people to have sex.

Previous attempts failed because of concerns that this change would send the wrong message and promote infidelity.

If you're sleeping with your neighbor and your wife finds out, you might be glad for that 15 round limit.

Things seem to be upside down. Its OK to smoke pot and sleep your neighbor but we can't have more than 15 bullets.
