Since she was behaving like an animal, it was extremely chivalrous for the deputy to refrain from putting her down.

Actually the deputy that shot her needs to spend more hours in training. He fired at her windshield, and that was the wrong thing to do. He got lucky the shot hit her and did not exit the rear window and hit an innocent bystander. All in all, it seems from this report that it was a justified shooting, and other than aim and choice of targets, the officers did what they are supposed to do.

Well you fellows have changed my mind. Thank goodness this lady who dared to drive a truck with a burned out headlamp was stopped. Who knows what heinous crime she would have resorted to next, perhaps driving with expired plates or failure to use a signal in a turn. The horror of it all!
