DENVER(AP)- There is only a week left before Colorado lawmakers want suggested rules for marijuana but Colorado regulators are still without answers about how pot can be used and grown.

A state task force that was set up to regulate the drug failed Tuesday to agree on home-growing regulations and public-use rules.

The task force had planned to vote on whether marijuana gardeners should have to use covered buildings if they're not growing pot inside.

Members also couldn't agree on whether using marijuana should be banned on private porches and patios visible by others.
