FRUITA, Colo.- Fruita city leaders are asking for the public's input for proposed revisions to the Civic Park.

The park is located on the corner of Peach and Aspen Avenues and hosts a multitude of events each year such as the Mike the Headless Chicken Festival, Farmer's Market and Fruita Fall Festival.

Leaders say they want to determine the appropriate park amenities and their layouts in order to attract visitors and serve the community.

An informational meeting will be held March 14th at the Fruita Community Center from 530 - 7:30 p.m.
