DELTA, Colo.- After months of investigating, authorities in Delta County have decided they don't have enough evidence to charge a man for the death of 27-year-old Chad Koch.

On the evening of October 1, 2012 authorities responded to the area of H 38 Road and Highway 50 in Delta to find Koch dead outside a home.

Witnesses say Koch was being chased and was involved in a fight outside the home.

The Delta County district attorney's office says they've reviewed the case and have ruled there is no probably cause to prove that a crime was committed.

The coroner's office has ruled Koch's death an accident, and not caused by wrongful actions of Jackson.

They are now ruling this investigation complete.
