thank God we have a criminal court system and are not judged by public opinion. im sure there is way more to this story than is being told after all no one in authority is saying anything. it just amazes me that people are so ready to jump on the lynch wagon when they dont have all the facts

I stated earlier that hyperthermia can be caused by certain legal and illegal drugs. I gave the example of antidepressants as a legal drug that can cause hyperthermia. Other forms of legal drugs that can cause hyperthermia are some cough syrups.

just amazing...as a mother, i cannot imagine the horror of losing a child. however, to leave your children alone in a running vehicle for 90 minutes does not leave my room for sympathy. i cannot imagine the devastation of her husband's parents (losing their child as well as grandchildren) or the aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents and friends, who will live the rest of their lives wondering what those children could have been if their mother had chosen to call for a sitter to meet with her "male friend". if you have not read the back story to this, you might do so. with more information on the story, your opinion may change.

To: "just amazing" - I said 'may' not 'will' get away with possibly 'intentionally' killing her kids. Given how her story has changed repeatedly in the news articles she does not sound so devastated to me. I hope she is charged if there is wrong doing here-like Neglect Resulting in Death. Kudos to "poe" "GJ resident" "CINDY" "Persona non Grata" hold her accountable.

Manner of death an accident, are you sure that shouldnt read manner of death caused by having an effing idiot mother who cared more about her selfish needs than her children? I still say she should go play in traffic. Bless those poor children.

An accident does not mean this mother was not negligent this woman failed her children and should be held accountable either by child neglect resulting in death or negligent homicide these children deserve justice had she not left them unattended they would not have died I pray that Mesa County charges her and that the evidence gets to be heard

What did the toxicology reports show? Are they concluded yet? Hyperthermia can also be caused by certain illegal drugs (meth, cocaine) and legal drugs (such as antidepressants)

So she "cooks" her kids...very hard to prove intent here, she may get away with this
