GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- A car with two children inside was flattened after rolling several times on Interstate 70 Friday afternoon.

Officials with the Colorado State Patrol say 62-year-old Joan McCloud of Fort Morgan was driving eastbound on I-70 near mile marker 37 when she lost control of the Sedan, rolling it into the westbound lanes around 5:42 p.m.

There was a 7-year-old and a 3-year-old in the car with her. All three were taken to the hospital, miraculously with what authorities are calling only minor injuries.

Westbound I-70 was reduced to one lane for about an hour and a half while crews were on scene.

CSP officials say the cause of the crash is still under investigation, although they have ruled out alcohol or drugs as contributing factors.
