GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- Officials are pleased to report that the construction process for the Canyon View Medical Plaza is on time and under budget.
Officials say things have been progressing quickly, and that they're 90 percent complete with the core and main structure. The last 10 percent is some interior build outs, such as landscaping.
Construction started this last December, but officials say the idea behind the building has been years in the making.
“The ideas of the economy of scale, improved access for our patients, offering multiple medical solutions under one roof has been a concept since 2003, 2004,” said Dr. Mitch Copeland, of the Canyon View Medical Plaza.
The first set of tenants is expected to move into the 87,000 square foot facility as early as this January, with the rest to follow in March.
