DENVER Colorado State University students may see a 9 percent increase in their tuition rates, if a draft budget goes through.

According to KCNC, the increase would be $620 a year for in-state students.

Non-residents would see a similar increase.

CSU President Tony Frank said that the school plans on investing more in financial aid, and hopes to give staff a 3 percent salary raise.
