GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- A brush fire that broke out near the Pepsi plant in Grand Junction Sunday put fire authorities on high alert.

It happened around 3:30 p.m.

Fire officials responded to the fire located south of the river, about 50 to 100 yards deep in thick terrain.

Officials say the fire was completely out by 5:30 p.m. and had burnt about half an acre.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation, but authorities say the flames did not damage Pepsi's nearby facilities.

I'll never go to the KKCO website again.

I thought the police broke up these illegal camps. People are breaking the law creating these camps and do not hace 4th ammendment protection. KKCO has now joined the Gestappo ranks with the Sentinel with their registration of intimidation and retaliation.
