COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.- Firefighters battling the Waldo Canyon Fire got a much needed reward for all their hard work.

A group of Broncos players and cheerleaders paid them a visit.

The firefighters have been working 16-hour shifts, but they still had enough energy to smile Tuesday.

Despite plenty of despair and destruction, there was plenty of joy and laughter to go around during the visit.

Players spent hours signing autographs and taking pictures.
