NEW YORK- Bumbo Baby Seats is recalling close to 4 million products after nearly two dozen reports of skull fractures.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says there have been at least 50 instances where the molded foam seats were placed on raised surfaces and the babies wiggled out of them and fell.

This does not mean that parents have to send them back or throw them away; the company is asking its consumers to order a free repair kit that contains a seat belt for the baby seat.

According to published reports, 1 million Bumbo Baby Seats were recalled five years ago due to similar problems.
