ASPEN, Colo.- It's been one month since a skiing accident landed a 77-year-old Laurence Niles in the hospital during a hit-and-run skiing accident at Aspen Highlands.

The Pitkin County Sheriff's Office is asking the public to help locate the person, believed to be a man, who struck Niles on February, 17th.

A witness told officials the second skier stayed at the scene for about ten seconds before skiing away.

The individual was described as wearing a blue jacket and hat.

According to the Aspen Times, Niles is listed in good condition at St. Mary's Hospital.
