Authorities Arrest Suspect in Shooting Case

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- Officials have arrested a suspect in connection with Sunday morning's shooting.

Grand Junction police officials say they apprehended 30-year-old Kevin Earl Dunham just before 6 p.m. Sunday.

They allege Dunham shot a man around 2:30 a.m. near 12th Street and Bookcliff Avenue.

The victim was taken to the hospital and had to have surgery.

Dunham faces attempted first-degree murder charges.
