Aurora Theater Shooting Site Faces More Lawsuits

DENVER- More lawsuits have been filed against Cinemark USA Inc., the operator of the theater where the July 20 Aurora shooting occurred.

A total of six lawsuits have now been filed in federal court in Denver claiming the company was negligent.

The lawsuits allege that insufficient security at the Century Aurora 16 theater allowed the attack to happen.

Cinemark says there was no way for the company to have predicted the attack.
