Arson-Homicide in Denver Leaves 5 Dead

by KREX News Room
by Christina Marrazza

DENVER- Police say they believe an arsonist is responsible for killing five people at a Denver bar.

Denver police and firefighters rushed to Fero's Bar and Grill just before 2 a.m. Wednesday.

When firefighters entered the building they found four women and one man; they were all dead.

Police say it appears the victims were murdered before the fire was set; however, many details are still unknown.

The case is currently being classified as an arson-homicide.

Authorities are hoping surveillance video will offer them some clues.

Wouldn't it be a homicide-arson as the former took place first?
