Arapahoe Basin Announces Plans to Open For Season

KEYSTONE, Colo.- Arapahoe Basin Ski Area is the first Colorado resort to announce it's opening for the season.

The resort plans to open Wednesday, Oct. 17.

The company says it will have one lift open to mid-mountain, where visitors can ride or ski one intermediate trail.

Arapahoe Basin is traditionally one of the first resorts in the country to open for the season.
