Alpine Bank to Expand to Front Range

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. - Alpine Banks of Colorado have announced their next big move.

The company currently has 36 locations in Western and South Western Colorado and this year, on their 40th anniversary, they've decided to open a location on the Front Range.

"We've been a company that likes to grow and in the past, obviously with the last few years it's been difficult with the economic conditions, but with those improving and the strength of our company, we felt like it was time to move into the Denver markets," said Clay Tufly, Regional President of Alpine Bank.

Officials are currently looking at locations in downtown Denver but there might not be an official opening until later in the year.
