24 Road Bridge Work Begins

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- Construction crews have begun work on a six-month project to replace three bridges on 24 Road.

The $1.5 million project will pay for the replacement of those bridges from I to I.5 roads.

During construction, a detour will be in place directing traffic west along I Road, north along 23 Road and east along J Road.

The project is expected to last until mid-April.
