GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.- Around 2,000 homes were without water Sunday for several hours due to a water line break.

Ute Water experienced a 14-inch water line break around 8 a.m. near 24 and J roads.

The northbound lane on 24 Road was shut down for about an hour while crews fixed the water line.

Officials say the water line is now fixed, and everything is running smoothly.
