There is a big difference between the classic definition of liberal and the more accurate definition of a progressive. Government never did anything properly and only a loon or a blatant communist would endorse having even more of it, in my humble opinion.

In Quebec a 20 % discount was offered to gun buyers IF they came in the shop eating a PIZZA.

I always have a great day, I'm a liberal in G.J. watching the freakout from the right. Have a nice day.

Oh, nice come back Jeff. Whats the matter you didn't care for my response. So all you can do is attack me on my knowledge of pot. And just to put your mind at ease. I am not this Floyd you keep referring to. You have a good day Jeff, but just remember one thing. Today the government is imposing on my rights. Tomorrow it may be one of your rights (one that you actually support). Like your freedom of speech.

The people who comment here change their names so often they don't even know who they are. There are at least a dozen named Anonymous.

Don't know what it looks like? Oh ok!
Shanna said on Tuesday, Feb 19 at 1:29 PM
Never said you smoked it Jeff. And no I do not smoke it, couldn't even tell you what the stuff looks like. I do not agree with drug use. But I will not fight it either. I would fight for the citizens rights to use, if it came to that. No I do not agree with gay marriage either, yet I will not tell them that they can't do what they want either. Not a double standard. I support whatever rights they have under our Constitution. And their rights to free agency given to them by God. You seem to be the one with the double standard. You support what you agree with but want government control against anything you do not agree with. This discussion is about your support of Government regulation on our rights.

Whoa, supporting pot legalization means I smoke? You said yourself you weren't going to fight against it, how are you not a pot smoker than? Double standard eh..? I think that gay marriage should absolutely be legal, yet I'm not gay. Keep trying Shanna, I mean Floyd...haha

To refresh your old memory Jeff: (How is it that there is still marijuana in G.J.? I remember all the people saying it would go away w/ the dispensaries closing. Fascinating indeed!) Looks like support for the pot industry to me. And as for our firearms. You support the laws that are being passed. Therefore you are against our rights. If you do not stand with us, you are against us. And don't spew your nonsense on how you are all for gun rights, there just needs to be restrictions and limits, no one needs to own this or that. The Second Ammendment states 'shall not be infringed'...meaning you or the government cannot tell us what we can and can't own in the form of firearms. Even if you do not agree with it.
Jeff said on Tuesday, Feb 19 at 12:18 PM
Where did I say I wanted to stop your rights to own firearms? Where didi I agree w/ smoking pot? Wow! It looks like Shanna is actually Floyd incognito.
Shanna said on Tuesday, Feb 19 at 11:58 AM
Perhaps someone should supply Jeff with a copy of the Constitution. You agree with pot smoking, which is not a right protected by our Constitution. Yet you want to stop our right to own firearms. The legalizing of pot was voted in by Colorado citizens, so even though I may not fully agree with it and it is still illegal by the so called federal law, I will not fight against it nor try to stop it. I strongly believe in state rights and your rights Jeff. Not just the ones I pick and choose to like.

To bad they didn't have the customers bring in a book instead of gun. But then again you would have to be able to read it to get 15% off.
