GRAND JUNCTION,Colo. Halloween costumes are not the only accessory that makes up a scary character on Halloween. On Monday, make-up artist, Brian Weller, created a real-life Frankenstein in the news channel 5 studio. Weller says most make-up that you may find over the counter have the potential to cause an allergic reaction. "I like water colored based make-up because it's safe for the skin, it's easy to take off and it has a really awesome working time on it,” said artist, Brian Weller. Weller also says that certain colors like red, yellow and blue have the potential to stain the skin. The best way to take off your make-up is with cosmetic make-up sponges with water and soap.
