District A: Tom Kenyon and Phyllis Norris

District D: Bonnie Becksten, Martin Chazen and Laura Luke

District E: Harry Butler, Duncan L. McArthur and Robert Noble

At Large: Richard Todd Brainard and Bill Pitts
