Jason Snavely
Weekend Sports Anchor

Jason Snavely joined the News Channel 5 Sports team as a Weekend Sports Anchor and Sports Reporter in June 2007.
He graduated from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University.
Jason was the Sports Anchor for ASU’s award-winning news program Cronkite Newswatch.
While at ASU, he also interned at Channel 3 and CBS 5 in Phoenix, and played second base for Arizona State’s Club Baseball team.
Originally from the small town of Grass Valley in the beautiful hills of Northern California, Jason loves playing all kinds of sports including baseball, football, surfing, wakeboarding, golfing, and he currently can’t get enough of snowboarding the western slopes of Colorado!
